This strategic collab will bring two of Cirque du Soleil's theatrical shows to life as interactive games inside The Sandbox, starting with the show Luzia. These immersive experiences will headline The Sandbox's upcoming Alpha Season 6.

Cirque du Soleil Brings Theatrical Magic to the Metaverse

As part of the deal, The Sandbox will feature two themed game experiences, inspired by Cirque du Soleil's live performances. The first is based on Luzia, a show that takes its cues from Mexican culture and fantasy. The second show has yet to be revealed. These virtual experiences aim to recreate the vibrant visuals, music, and emotion of a Cirque du Soleil production using TSB's voxel-based engine.

With that, The Sandbox's Alpha Season 6 will officially spotlight Cirque du Soleil's entry into the crypto gaming space. Players will be able to explore these Cirque-themed experiences while also taking part in other user-generated content and metaverse events typical of The Sandbox's seasonal updates.
