Ubisoft Announces The Division 2: Survivors and Mobile Game The Division Resurgence

Ubisoft recently revealed exciting updates for fans of the Tom Clancy's The Division 2 franchise. During the Gamescom panel, the company introduced a brand-new experience called The Division 2: Survivors and shared new details about the upcoming mobile game Tom Clancy's The Division Resurgence. These announcements highlight the future roadmap of the popular tactical shooter series.

The Division 2: Survivors – A New Survival Extraction Experience

Ubisoft confirmed that The Division 2: Survivors will introduce an updated survival extraction mode to the game. This new experience is inspired by the survival gameplay elements from earlier entries in the franchise but redesigned with modern mechanics and features.

The development of Survivors is currently in the early stages, with veteran developer Magnus Jansén leading the project as creative director. Ubisoft has also emphasized its commitment to community involvement, stating that player feedback will play an important role in shaping the mode’s development.

Ubisoft has confirmed that The Division Resurgence will launch on March 31, 2026, marking the franchise’s first major mobile release.
