After years of silence, State of Decay 3 is finally making a comeback. Developer Undead Labs has officially announced an upcoming alpha playtest, giving selected players an early chance to experience the long-awaited zombie survival game.

Originally revealed during an Xbox Showcase 2020, the game has remained under wraps for quite some time. Now, with the announcement of its first closed alpha, it’s clear that development is progressing steadily and fans can expect more updates soon.

The State of Decay franchise has built a strong reputation for its immersive open-world survival gameplay. Set in a zombie apocalypse, players must scavenge for resources, build secure bases, and defend against relentless zombie threats.
