Created by modder claybtv, the Resident Evil 4 Multiplayer mod allows two PC players to join the same game session and experience the campaign together. Players can choose from various characters, including Leon, Ashley, Wesker, or even duplicate character combinations, creating a unique cooperative survival horror experience.

The mod synchronizes enemy encounters, story events, environmental interactions, switches, and overall progression, making it possible to play through nearly the entire campaign as a team. The experience draws comparisons to the co-op gameplay that made Resident Evil 5 so popular among fans.
