Cookie Run: Kingdom Teases Debut of Silent Salt Cookie

Cookie Run: Kingdom has teased the imminent arrival of Silent Salt Cookie to the gacha game, while encouraging fans to send in their questions. The mysterious fifth Beast Cookie has appeared in promotional material several times but has yet to make it into the game as a playable character. Now, the wait for Cookie Run: Kingdom fans to pull Silent Salt Cookie is seemingly coming to an end.

Developer Devsisters has brought a lot of new content to its free-to-play battle simulator over the past year. In April 2025, Cookie Run: Kingdom added the Legendary Fire Spirit Cookie alongside another rare pull, the Epic Agar Agar Cookie. Multiple smaller additions and gameplay changes have also come to the app in recent months, and the string of updates is not over yet, with the fifth and final Beast Cookie set to arrive before long, Devsisters has now confirmed.

Cookie Run: Kingdom Opens Q&A for the Arrival of Silent Salt Cookie

The official Cookie Run: Kingdom Twitter account posted a new teaser for an update called Eclipse, featuring a silhouette of Silent Salt Cookie while asking fans to submit their questions about the Beast Cookie. The Q&A form linked in the tweet confirms that Devsisters will host a livestream on September 19, 2025, to answer questions and give players a better idea of what to expect. At the moment, Silent Salt is a bit of a mystery. Its appearance seems to correspond with the Black Salt Flatland area of Cookie Run: Kingdom's Beast-Yeast continent, and fans can glean some of its story background from the already established Beast Cookie lore, but its attacks and other gameplay elements are unknown for now.

While the art may not reveal the full character design, fans have already caught a glimpse of it in an earlier promotion. In August 2025, Cookie Run: Kingdom collaborated with Shinhan Cards, a major South Korean credit card company, to release themed credit and debit cards. One of these showed off all five Beast Cookies, including Silent Salt, which was the clearest look players had gotten at the character at the time.

The five Beast Cookies are the hardest cookies to pull in the game, making them highly sought-after for dedicated players. Even merchandise depicting them is remarkably popular, with Cookie Run: Kingdom having to extend the pre-order for a Shadow Milk plushie multiple times to keep up with demand. Once Silent Salt comes into the game, all five will finally be available, so the upcoming Eclipse update could be something fans want to keep their eyes on.
