Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 or Warzone players who are subscribed to PlayStation Plus, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or PC Game Pass can now redeem two free bundles as part of the game's big Season 6 update. Both bundles come with a previously released operator skin, as well as numerous other cosmetic items, which can be used across both Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Call of Duty: Warzone.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Is Giving Away Two Free Bundles

With Black Ops 7 set to release on November 14, Call of Duty fans are saying goodbye to Black Ops 6 as the 2024 shooter approaches the end of its life cycle. Servers will remain operational for those who wish to continue playing, but the recent Season 6 update for Black Ops 6 and Warzone will be its last seasonal update. The good news is that there's still a mid-season update to look forward to with Season 6 Reloaded, which will bring even more content to both titles. The date for Season 6 Reloaded has yet to be confirmed, but the season's roadmap does suggest it will include a new limited-time game mode for Multiplayer and Warzone.

Call of Duty regularly gives away free bundles as part of its new seasonal updates, but they do come with a catch. Although the bundles come at no additional cost, they can only be claimed by players who are subscribed to PlayStation Plus, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or PC Game Pass. This is once again the case for the game's latest Combat Pack, which includes the "Wicked Shrooms" and "Windfall" bundles. Both are available to claim via the PlayStation Store or Xbox Store by searching for either "Call of Duty: Warzone – PlayStation Plus Pack 4" or "Call of Duty: Warzone – Game Pass Pack 4," depending on the user's platform.

Both bundles not only come with an Operator Skin for players to take into Black Ops 6 or Warzone, but also include numerous other cosmetic items, such as weapon blueprints, emotes, finishing moves, and more. Unfortunately, these cosmetic items and skin will be tied to last year's Call of Duty titles, as Activision recently confirmed the cancellation of its controversial Carry Forward feature for Black Ops 7. Due to community requests, players will no longer be able to bring their purchased or earned Operator Skins into Black Ops 7 this year.

The giveaway of yet another Combat Pack comes at the backend of a free trial week for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The shooter's free trial came right as EA released Battlefield 6, allowing fans to play the full Campaign, Multiplayer (apart from Ranked Play), and Zombies for free. Unfortunately, there are only a few hours left of the trial, as it is set to end on October 16 at 10 AM PT.
